Alien Ware’s Prada
As always debated and always detested, the price of an Alienware will never change. Some cribb about the hype it is and they claim that you can create a machine just like that but for cheaper. How much cheaper? 1000 quid? But how much longer will it last? Some of them get away buy using fake cards and chips. Some of them compromise on the cooling, which result in a fire ball.
But with no doubts I can tell you this, if you make a machine with the same specs of you dream machine and compare it to the Alienware version of it, trust me, you’ll find a difference of no more than 500 pounds. Keeping in mind the Mossimo Dutti shirt your wearing, why spend 50 pounds on a shirt when you get a 5 pounds one at JD sports? Is it the very reason you will buy a white shirt from Prada instead of River Island when all it is a white shirt? A good quality shirt always fits so much better, you don’t want to go out looking like you buy your clothes from a large mens clothing store, when you are some skinny guy. There is no difference in the argument I am in defence of Alienware. It is a genuinely good product, it isn’t just a white shirt, it is a machine that is detailed and well fitted. Everything goes in the right place and it doesn’t screw up whenever it feels like. It’s like when you pay person to do his job and all he does his do his job properly. The more reliable he gets the more you pay him. Same Quantum physics can applied here, nothing too complicated.
And who are we kidding, if you compare you custom built machine to an Alienware, it going to look like a Toyota Supra with neon lights and yucky glossy florescent green body paint in comparison to Ferrai 458 Italia. There is a difference between art and cheapness.
